How a love of oak smoke and stacked plates became Bakersfield's go-to BBQ.
Built on Smoke
We're proud to do barbecue the Central Valley way — tri-tip over oak, seasoned simple, and cooked with patience. What began as weekend cookouts in Bakersfield grew into a fast-casual joint where the line moves quick and the flavor never gets rushed. Every Sammich, Meat Plate, and side is made to taste like it came off a backyard pit.
From Spudchos Porkytizers and Hush Puppies to Sweet Potato Fries and Coleslaw, we build a plate around what you love. Feeling hungry? The Mo' Meat Platter is calling. Want it lighter? Grab a Tri-Tip Salad or a Turkey Wrap. However you order it, you're eating Bakersfield BBQ done right.
